Die waagerechten Mischer groupe TOY haben einen Fassungsverm\u00f6gen von 120 bis 6000 Litern, die Mischung erfolgt entweder durch eine ver\u00e4rgerte Doppel-Windschraube oder durch ein Blasse-System (ideal f\u00fcr empfindliche Produkte). Ger\u00e4uschloses Getriebe mit Kettenantrieb und Kraftantrieb im Geh\u00e4use. Drehzahl: 15 U\/min \/ Leistung von 0.25 bis 18.5 kW. Die Schraube ist verstellbar und erm\u00f6glicht die maximale Extraktion des Produkts. Aus dickem, hochwertigem Blech wird der Tank mit all unserem Know-how f\u00fcr eine exakte Passform (unterer Kurve) gerollt. Das palische System bietet eine Mischung, ohne die empfindlichen Produkte (platt, pellets, etc.) zu destrukturieren. Die Bl\u00e4ser erm\u00f6glichen n\u00e4mlich eine diskontinuierliche Brauerei gegen\u00fcber einer doppelten Spirale und beschr\u00e4nken somit den Kontakt des Erzeugnisses mit der Oberfl\u00e4che des Mischers. Die Leerung des Bl\u00e4sermischers ist nur ventral (in 800 mm H\u00f6he des Bodens): Die Anordnung der blassfarbenen Seiten verhindert, dass das Produkt an den Ufern des Mischers einst\u00fcrzt und seine Textur bewahrt. Die Beimischung der Vorleistungen erfolgt \u00fcber den Mischer oder durch Mehleintrag am Ende des Mischers.<\/p>\n
