Since 60 years, TOY Group has been developing a wide range of shredders, especially for the industry. Different types of shredders exist, some of them in stainless steel, intended for food use (pepper grinder, bread …) but also for corrosive products (oyster shell shredder, seaweed containing a high salt level). TOY group makes industrial shredders adapted to your different needs (plastic, plant waste and other …). Our numerous grinding solutions allow us to offer you the machine adapted to your need – from our ranges or by a totally specific development. You have the opportunity to send us your samples and we do tests on our site. Our shredders offer very variable flow speeds (from a few hundred kilos to about ten tons per hour depending on your production). Range of “TNG Broyeurs”

T-NG Shredders Range: T40NG, T60NG, T80NG

Gravitational shredders at 108, 156, or 80 straight hammers, all three models in the range are available in direct transmission or by pulley/belt. The rotational speeds are 1500 tr, 2200 and 3000 rpm. These french-made TOY Group shredders are gravitating as standard with depressurized box option. The power has been provided at 22 to 110 kW.

Range of “ETS Broyeurs”

ETS shredders range: ETS, ETS-M, ETS+

ETS shredder range includes ETS, ETS-M and ETS+. These shredders are gravitational and – optional – depression. Equipped with 42 to 96 straight hammers for standard 11 to 37 kW powers, and up to 55 kW for special models. The casings are made of thick anti-deformation sheet metal and are resistant to abrasion for a longer. These shredders are manufactured in France by TOY Group. Note: all hammers are also manufactured by TOY Group.
