- Energy saving: The technologies developed by TOY Group require low electrical power allowing a minimum cost/kg flattened. Thanks to the specific cylinders, flour and fine (harmful to the balance of rumen – > Ph of rumen – > acidosis) are avoided.
- Better grain valuation: Flattening flakes fractures the cellulolytic wall of the grain and allows bacteria access to the almond by ensuring digestibility. The grains are valued at best – > no indigestible in the feces – > no waste.
- Smart cylinders:
– High-quality long-life treated steel. The high-precision machined dentures allow the passage of all seeds (corn, peas and even mixtures).
– Full cylinders with specific interures working by nesting for a technological flake avoiding the production of fine.
– The electric single-cylinder drive guarantees better flattening performance than smooth or grooved double drive cylinders.
