Factory MBC 450.

The MBC 450 designed by René TOY is a useful 800-litre grinder-mixer block. It is a simple, durable, economical and compact machine that offers a speed of up to 350 kg/hour. Equipped with a new gravity grinder with 16 reversible right hammers, mounted on a door, it allows a homogeneous grinding. We also offer a wide range of fast-changing half-moon grilles as an option. It offers high throughput for low power and energy savings thanks to its three-phase 5.5 kW engine. Its rotation speed is 2840 rpm.

The precision setting of the grinding flow is done by a lever with locking. The MBC 450 is equipped with a magnet, a decompression handle, a hatch for the integration of complementary and minerals. The manual electric cabinet with ampmeter allows you to control the production of the grinder. The tilted blender, with its 450 kg capacity, rests on 4 feet for enhanced stability. Thanks to its special Archimedes screw all areas of the tank will be mixed. Without a belt and with its 2.2 kW maintenance-free industrial engine you limit maintenance on your machine. Multi Eco Vertical Factory.

Like the Type Eco factory, the Multi Eco Vertical has the same advantages. In addition, with its one-piece weighing chassis it is suitable for automated (multicycle) production of on-farm feed for poultry, cattle, pigs and for 20 to 1000 tons of food per year. Perfectly suited to medium-sized farms.

With its horizontal blender, the Multi Eco brings you a high quality of   mixing: respect for the materials, homogeneity and stability of the mixture (no demelange), shortened cycle time…

In addition, the Multi Eco Horizontal allows the installation (optional) of gravity grinders (A), for a more regular granulometry with less dust and less flour. It pairs with an automaton for a capacity of 0.5 to 2T per hour of feed for pigs, poultry, cattle and for 100 to 3000 tons per year.
