Lift/horizontal screws:

TOY Group’s uplifting and horizontal screws are robust in hot galvanized steel 1.5 to 3mm thick and 3/1.5 to 6/3mm thick. They come in several versions: from the smallest in diameter 100 to the diameter 240mm. Note that the 160, 200 and 240mm screws are systematically equipped with self-clear intermediate bearings (all 1, 2, 2.50M), without maintenance. This gives to our screws a long life and avoids friction on the tubes when the screw turns empty (premature fatigue). This also allows us to obtain very long lengths for horizontal screws (e.g. diam. 160 L up to 30M maximum). Our screws come in several versions, from the transport of the cereal to much more varied products (minerals, plastics, etc.). With decades of experience, the TOY Group knows how to adapt its screws to your products. We offer special screws peas or fababeans with reinforced nets and motor-reducer, but also with not-ended mesh departures for heavy or delicate products.

Several transmissions are available: conveyor belt transmission, direct fitt onto motor shalf or geared motor Different engines are available, adapted to: length, diameter, inclination, even the type of product. Many options are available depending on the diameter: foot protection grids, sloping exits, adjustment valves, hoppers, specific boxes, adaptations under various silos, intermediate outputs for horizontal screws only (manual or pneumatic).

Carpet mounts bags:

Manufacturing 100% TOY, a simple and practical tool for handling bags or other: truck loading, exit under machines of fragile products (e.g. cereal flake under rolling mill), … TOY Group makes your custom carpet according to your needs, products to carry, flow, tilt, etc.

Carpet mounts TOY Group bags, equipped with a trolley with pneumatic wheels, a crank winch with automatic brake (great maneuverability), cast iron bearings, ball bearings on the rollers band supports. Balanced rotation of great longevity. Our carpets have a smooth or striped rubber conveyor belt (its applications), 500mm wide highly resistant to abrasion. Powered by a high-reliability and high torque geared motor. Optional: adjusting carpet speed (by dimmer). In order to ensure high quality manufacturing, our carpets are painted in epoxy and are tested in the factory.

Pallet elevators:

TOY Group pallet lifts: made of epoxy painted steel or hot galvanized (optional). Intended for the transfer of cereals or the transport of flour. The big advantage of our product is that it can work both vertically and 45 degrees tilt. The pallets are attached to a chain that provides all-wheel drive. The engine is provided by a conveyor belt pulley transmission and engine power ranges from 1.5kW to 4 kW. The elevator is offered with various types of legs: left or right (at 90 degrees compared to the output of the product) and different lengths: 350mm,1500mm,3000mm. They also come with a conical screw that can be fitted with a tuning valve. Very simple to assemble because of its single-driver partitioned inside, it is small and adapts in small places (low height of the foot and head). With a minimum of 3 m height and a maximum of 12 m height of robust construction and a maximum flow of 200qx/hour in cereals, René TOY paddle lift is an excellent equipment with a very affordable price.

Bucket elevators:

René TOY bucket lifts: 20/10th or 30/10th galvanized steel depending on the model. Dedicated to the handling of cereals and flour products. Their galvanized steel design allows for outdoor (or indoor) use and ensures a long life. Equipped, as an option, with a safety cage ladder, a rest platform and an intermediate platform (from 12m) and a very large surface head platform (4M2) allowing ease and safety of work during various interventions (maintenance, etc.). The buckets attached to a very high quality strap are numbered from 8.5 to 11 per linear meter allowing flows of 40, 70 or 135m3/h. The pulley/belt transmission engine is powered by engines from 1.5kw to 15kW depending on speeds and heights. To meet all the requirements of our customers, many accessories add to the range of our elevators (e.g. multi-direction box, 2nd entry pocket, etc.).

TOY Group chain carriers are made exclusively of galvanized steel. They are intended for horizontal handling (maximum 15 degrees tilt) of cereals, pellets and flour in large flows. Their main advantage is to be able to transport products over very long lengths (from 7 to 53m) with relatively moderate electrical power from 2.2 kW to 11 kW. The transmission is carried out by a hollow shaft motor (direct transmission). Several models are available for speeds ranging from 40 to 120 m3 maximum.
